📦Lost or Missing Packages
Once your order leaves our hands and is scanned in by the carrier, it is officially in the care of the United States Postal Service (USPS). Lady Lair Booktique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, or if your package appears to be stuck or missing, we kindly recommend filing a claim directly with USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are unable to replace or refund orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
We know how frustrating mail mishaps can be, and we’ll always do our best to support you in navigating a resolution with USPS—but ultimately, we cannot be held liable once your package is in transit.
