Terms of Service – Lady Lair Booktique

By completing your purchase with Lady Lair Booktique, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing Times

All orders are hand-packed with care and attention to detail.

• Regular in-stock orders require 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) for processing before shipment.

• During high-volume periods, launches, or events, processing times may extend slightly beyond this window.

• Orders are processed in the order they are received.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items require additional processing time.

• Pre-orders will not ship until the item is received from the publisher, distributor, or supplier.

• Estimated release dates are provided when available but are subject to change outside of Lady Lair Booktique’s control.

• If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is available.

If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

Shipping

Lady Lair Booktique is not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or mishandling once a package has been handed to the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lady Lair Booktique is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Cancellations & Changes

Due to the nature of order processing, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been placed.

Returns & Damaged Items

All sales are final.

Lady Lair Booktique is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier. Once a package leaves our care and is scanned by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking information.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that Lady Lair Booktique is not liable for carrier-related damage, delays, loss, or theft once the package has been accepted by the shipping provider.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lady Lair Booktique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.

Agreement

By placing an order with Lady Lair Booktique, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms, including processing and shipping timelines.
